Promoting Equity and Ending Violence: Latimer House’s Mission and Approach
Hilltop’s Latimer House Intimate Partner Violence and Sexual Assault Program is committed to promoting equity, inclusivity, and diversity to foster social change and end intimate partner violence and sexual assault in our community. We aim to address the societal inequities that contribute to and perpetuate these forms of violence. We support the self-determination of all individuals and provide leadership in advocacy efforts focused on both prevention and intervention. Our goal is to deliver a kind, compassionate, non-judgmental, client-driven service model that meets people where they are, empowers them, stabilizes them, and helps them build lives free from violence.
